We pride ourselves on using locally sourced products whenever possible, so in addition to offering Philips Zoom gel, we also offer SDI products, which are made in Australia. Modern gels do not make teeth particularly sensitive, so most people can tolerate them much better than whitening products from a decade ago.
If you are looking for instant results—say for upcoming wedding photos or another special event—the in-chair process is best. In addition, some people want the added comfort of knowing that their teeth are being cared for by a professional, so in-chair satisfies that need.
If you want to gradually brighten your smile in the comfort of your own home, the at-home option is for you.
In-Chair
After your checkup and clean (assuming there are no other issues), we’ll book you in for your whitening. This appointment will take about one hour and will result in teeth 2-3 shades lighter.
At-Home
We’ll take impressions to create reusable custom trays that you will take home. You’ll fill the trays with the gel and wear them for the prescribed length of time. Your teeth will gradually lighten. Many clients also use the at-home process to touch up the results of their in-chair whitening, helping the results last longer.
